Last week Class 4 went to the river for collecting some leaves cause we were learning about plants (types, classification, the parts of a plant and types of leaves according to their edge and shape). We also picked the rubbish we found around the river. In this way, children learn to be respectful with their environment.
They have learned some advice they need to follow when we are visiting a wood or a forest:
- Don´t leave rubbish
- Don´t light fire
- Don´t disturb animals and their habitats
- Don´t damage the plants
- Use the vehicle only in permitted areas.
